PROJECT DESIGN
Putting pencil to paper is a big milestone.
With the site selected and vetted the project specific design team goes to work.
During this process the owner, design team and contractor will engage in weekly scheduled meetings.
During design we are hands on monitoring the progress and target value design. Our goal is to ensure the design captures and supports the need, aligns with the target value design budget and we clearly understand your need.
FINAL DELIVERY
As a strategic partner during the Develop and Design phases, we are poised to Deliver from ground break to occupancy.
The team will establish and maintain the budget, project schedule, conduct subcontractor meetings, direct weekly owner-architect-contractor meetings, provide quality control and site safety.
With our well-established subcontractor relationships we are able to successfully execute the most challenging projects, delivering them on time and budget with the utmost quality.
